Meet RESULTS’ First Quarter RITA Award Recipient: Ian Kearney. Selected from a list of six nominations, Ian has continually taken on work that is above the service desk levels and into our engineering levels for our customers. His consistent “stepping up” to help fix issues and work with others is an example of the RESULTS core values, and he is always willing to do what needs to be done. Ian continually goes above and beyond his responsibilities and comfort levels in order to deliver the best possible solution improving the individual experience to RESULTS’ most critical customer, the end user. Ian started working at RESULTS when he was 18, and he recently completed his Associates in Computer Science from Metropolitan Community College. He lives in south Kansas City and enjoys watching films and supporting Sporting KC.
