Our Backup Solutions

Level 1: Basic Backup

This solution ensures that your DCI Report Library (the core of your banking data) and DCI Document Library (banking images) are backed up and stored fully encrypted offsite in a secure location. This allows you to work with your IT team to manage the solution in a way that you feel is best for your business. RESULTS will provide a backup device and implementation. If data recovery is needed, this solution will enable you to easily restore that data from your own secure web console. RESULTS will have the ability to assist with the restore process for an additional fee. Starting at $125/month.

Level 2: Backup & Business Continuity

This solution includes everything in Level 1 but also includes remediation of any backup issues, monthly reporting and an annual review by RESULTS’ Chief Compliance Officer to assure your backup policies are aligned with the bank’s backup solution. If data restoration is needed, this solution will allow you to virtualize data in the cloud so that there is a limited amount of downtime. RESULTS will have the ability to assist with or complete a restore process for you for an additional fee. Starting at $250/month.

Level 3: Backup, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

This solution includes everything in Levels 1 and 2, but also includes examination support by RESULTS’ Chief Compliance Officer for anything BCDR related and the option to do recovery testing as required by the FFIEC. If data restoration is needed, this solution will allow you to virtualize data in the cloud so that there is a limited amount of downtime. This solution will also allow you to virtualize data locally to our device, if the failure is only your local device. RESULTS will manage the entire restore process for you if you ever need to restore locally or in the cloud. Starting at $550/month.
