After the signed completion of our installation, you have the ability to cancel our agreement without penalty if we fail to respond and correct a service issue to your satisfaction. Once you notify us that we have not performed a service as outlined in the detailed Scope of Work agreement, we will have 30 days to cure or correct the service issue. If we fail to cure or correct the issue you may give us 30 days cancellation notice in writing without penalty.
