COVID-19 Statement – We are open!
Amid the Stay at Home Order recently issued in the Kansas City Metro area, RESULTS is very much still open for business. Because we provide technology services to other companies, we are considered an “essential business” and are not required to close. However, until at least April 24, to protect the health and well-being of our staff, we will be conducting all business remotely.
Existing clients: For service, please continue to work with us as usual by calling the helpdesk at 866-928-8393 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are currently experiencing an abnormally high number of tickets regarding remote access. Please be patient as these tickets will take priority over general maintenance tickets for the time being. We are all in this together and we appreciate your understanding as we help our clients through this crisis.
