John E. French
CEO and Chairman of the Board
John French joined the company in 2003 as CEO. Prior to joining RESULTS, Inc., he was the Chairman and CEO of Bankline, which he joined at its inception in 1983. The company grew to become a full service bank automation and data processing company. When sold in 1998 there were over 700 employees and 20 processing centers throughout the United States. Prior to joining Bankline, he was Senior Vice President of the Information Services Division of Allied Bank of Texas in Houston, the lead bank of an $8 billion holding company. During this time French was one of the original incorporators of the Pulse EFT Network. French was a Corporate VP of National ShareData. He held positions in development, sales and operations. He was also employed by Commercial National Bank in Kansas City, KS. During his work at the bank he chaired the committee that formed NACHA, the third clearing house in the US. He began his career in IT with IBM. French holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mathematics from Emporia State University. He is also a graduate of the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking.
Patrick A. Murphy
Patrick Murphy has over 25 years of Sales and Management experience in the IT industry. At RESULTS, Patrick is responsible for operations, administration, sales and growth. Before working at RESULTS Technology, Patrick worked for software companies in the health care industry. Prior to moving into software, Patrick held various management positions for Gateway Computers, including Director of Retail, where he was responsible for designing and implementing strategy for 120 stores across the country. Also while at Gateway, he was Director of Education where he was responsible for managing over 345 people and a $500 million budget. His last position at Gateway was Director of Sales Systems. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Tim Coach has over 20 years of Operational and Management experience in the IT industry. At RESULTS, Tim is responsible for customer and employee satisfaction, Operations, Project Management, and delivery of services. Prior to RESULTS Technology, Tim worked throughout the IT industry in various positions from technical to management. Before his time in Information Technology, Tim spent 8 years in the Army and held various positions within the Environmental Hazardous Waste and Construction industries. Tim has spent the last 15 years helping to grow different companies' IT departments in their respective industries and geographic areas. Throughout his time in various industries, starting with his military roots through the current high demand needs of security in Information Technology, Tim works to bring operational excellence to the companies he partners with through standards, policies, and procedures. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from DeVry University and a Master’s Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Chief Technology Officer, CISA, MBA, CCNA, CSSA,CAN, MCP, CCA.
Mike has over 25 years' experience in IT as a developer, administrator, CIO and consultant. Mike is responsible for development, maintenance and auditing of all internal systems and procedures for quality and information security for RESULTS and for those services provided to RESULTS' customers. Following an early career in archaeology, Mike shifted to application development and small systems support at Liberty Savings Bank where he became CFO and COO. Mike returned to pure IT work with CompuNet in 1997, which was acquired by RESULTS Technology in 2004. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University, a master’s degree from the University of Arizona, and a master’s of business administration from Rockhurst University.
Regional Vice President
Mike has more than 30 years of IT Managed Services, Telecommunication and Infrastructure Sales, Consulting, and Account Management experience in the St. Louis region. Mike has a long, established track record of successfully working with a broad base of clients and helping them in the effective application of technology in their businesses. He is responsible for business development, client acquisition and satisfaction in the St. Louis region. Mike’s was formerly Sales Director for Clarus Communications, a telecommunication services provider in St. Louis. He has also been a Channel Manager for NeoNova Network Services, a reseller of Google Apps for Business.
