Outside Sales Rep - Asset Disposition

Job Summary

RESULTS Technology provides its customers with responsible and secure disposition service for their IT equipment and data.  We provide asset disposition services to maintain client data security and environmental compliance, as well as, maximize the residual value on IT assets.  The Outside Sales Representative – Asset Disposition will utilize prospecting, consultative selling, and communication skills to obtain new business opportunities in potential customer accounts.

Summary of Essential Job Function

  • Develop new direct business opportunities with C and VP level contacts.
  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and recruiting new customers and partners to the RESULTS network.
  • Develop business solutions to address customer requirements and resolve business issues.
  • Create and implement sales plans by account.
  • Arrange and conduct presentations to qualified decision-makers within named accounts.
  • Successfully negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Forecast and achieve sales revenues monthly.
  • Collaborate with Internal departments to develop solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Actively participate in a continuous improvement effort designed to maximize results of the business development, account acquisition and account penetration process.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop senior level business relationships.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Proven ability to penetrate and grow new business.
  • Previous information technology sales experience required.
  • Travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
