John E. French - CEO and Chairman of the Board

Mr. French assumed the Chairman and CEO’s position at Results Technology in June of 2003. Prior to joining Results Technology, Inc., Mr. French was the Chairman and CEO of Bankline MidAmerica. After forming Bankline in 1985, the company grew to become a full service bank automation and data processing company. Before forming Bankline, Mr. French was Executive Vice President of the original Bankline Company in Phoenix, Arizona and was responsible for selling and assisting in the installation of the initial five systems, all located in Kansas City. Prior to joining Bankline, he was the Senior Vice President, Information Services Division of Allied Bank of Texas in Houston, the lead bank of an $8 billion holding company. From 1975 to 1980, Mr. French was employed by National ShareData, a provider of data processing services to the banking industry nationwide. He held various positions in development, sales and operations management. From 1970 to 1975, Mr. French was the Vice President of Commercial National Bank in Kansas City, Kansas. From 1965 to 1970, Mr. French was a systems engineer with IBM’s data processing division in Kansas City, working in the financial branch office.

Dan McCabe - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Dan McCabe began his career in the IT industry in 1979. Most recently he was Vice President, Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer for H&R Block. This position had broad responsibilities including managing the building of the new corporate data center as well as supporting 3,000 corporate users and 120,000 desk tops. Before H&R Block, Dan was VP-Shared Services/Information Security and Director of Client Services at Lab-One/Quest Diagnostics. He was responsible for supporting the Laboratory Information System on a 24x7x365 basis. Additionally, he had the responsibilities for supporting 3000 clinics, hospitals and doctors offices. Dan has held positions with increasing responsibilities at Birch Telecom, Fidelity Investments and Sprint. He will be graduating in May from MU with an MBA. He also holds a BBA degree from Dallas Baptist and has attended University of North Carolina, University of Virginia, Darden School of Management and Northwestern University for advanced training.

Yvonne Johanson - Cheif Administrative Officer (CAO)

Yvonne Johanson is the Manager of Asset Disposition and Administration. She brings over 25 years of Accounting and Management experience to RESULTS. Yvonne joined RESULTS in 2001 and since that time has built a successful Asset Disposition program and Administrative Team. As the Manager of Asset Disposition, Johanson oversees the secure, efficient, and proven approach to disposing of IT assets, as well as AD production, selling, reporting and customer satisfaction. As the Manager of Administration, Johanson directs the Accounting function, as well as, Customer Order Management and the Administrative Staff. Prior to joining RESULTS, Johanson served as the CFO for a convenience store chain in which she was a major partner for over seventeen years. Johanson holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University.

As the Human Resources Manager, Tawnya Mason oversees the company’s Human Resources function. Mason brings over 14 years of Management, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, Organizational Development, Training, Benefits and Compensation programs. Mason joined RESULTS in 2007 and since that time has successfully built an effective Human Resources Management program. Prior to RESULTS, Mason held management positions at CDI Technical Services, Meridian Project Systems, Bankline and CMS Therapies. Mason also has a successful HR Consulting business. Mason holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Mason is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resources Management.

Juli Fisher - Chief Financial Officer

Juli joined RESULTS in July 2006. She worked with John French as the CFO at Bankline and helped create a recurring revenue-based business to grow and increase the value of that business. Her responsibility included managing the consolidation of financials for seven corporations with 26 divisions in 19 locations. Recently, Juli was CFO for the $700M franchise business unit of H&R Block. Prior to that, she was Director of Accounting/Controller for LabOne, which was acquired by Quest Diagnostics. She has also served as CFO for Rehab Designs of America, a GE Capital subsidiary, and for MegaBank Holding, a publicly traded financial institution. Her experience also includes working with GRA Associates, assisting more than 200 banks in the Midwest with accounting, audit and tax matters. Juli is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Virginia AIPCA School of Banking.
